Action IEC is a Khmer NGO that was officially launched in 1998. It produces communication materials to encourage Cambodians to decide for themselves of the changes and possible improvements in their lives. Action IEC became a Video Research Centre partner of TVEAP in 2004.

Based in Phnom Penh, Action IEC runs today as a full service production house and employs 17 people. Five key programme areas (research, publications, radio, TV and innovative media) are currently being used to develop behaviour change communications.
